Support That Respects Independence
We work with elderly individuals and people with disabilities who want to maintain their routines while getting reliable help with the things that have become harder. Our services are built around what matters to you—staying in your home, managing daily tasks, and feeling safe without losing your sense of control.
Practical Help for Daily Living
Most of our clients reach out when something specific becomes difficult. Maybe it's getting to medical appointments. Or keeping up with housework. Sometimes it's just having someone around who knows what to do if something goes wrong.
We've been doing this work in Nantou County since early 2024, and we've learned that what people really want is consistency. Not someone different every week. Not rigid schedules that don't fit real life. Just dependable support that adapts when circumstances change.

- Clients with limited mobility get help with transfers, positioning, and using mobility aids safely throughout their homes.
- People experiencing memory challenges benefit from gentle reminders, structured routines, and supervision that maintains their dignity.

Transportation and Mobility Support
Getting around becomes a real barrier when you can't drive or use public transit easily. We provide transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, social activities, and anywhere else you need to go in the Nantou County area.
Our vehicles are equipped to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers. We help with getting in and out safely, and we stay with you during appointments if you need someone there for support or to remember what the doctor says.
Scheduled Appointments
Regular transportation for medical visits, therapy sessions, and routine check-ups with consistent arrival times.
Errands and Shopping
Trips to pharmacies, banks, post offices, and stores with assistance carrying items and navigating locations.
How We Work With Clients
Every situation is different, but we've found some principles that consistently work well for the people we serve.
Same Caregiver
We assign you a primary caregiver who learns your routines, preferences, and needs. They show up consistently, and you don't have to explain everything repeatedly to different people.
Flexible Schedules
Your needs might change week to week. We adjust hours and services without bureaucratic hassle. If you need more help this month or less next month, we make it work.
Family Communication
If you want family members involved, we keep them informed about your wellbeing and any concerns that arise. We respect whatever level of family involvement you prefer.
Transparent Costs
You know exactly what you're paying for. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. We discuss costs upfront and provide clear invoices that detail services provided.
